Revenue Cycle Manager
Rebecca is our Revenue Cycle Manager. She is responsible for the team of individuals who work to ensure claims are processed correctly and that patient balances are billed and collected in a timely fashion. She is also responsible for establishing relationships with payors and patients alike, to produce the best possible financial results.
In addition to leading the team, Rebecca’s responsibilities include accounts receivable follow-up, appeals, grievances, payor special projects, daily progress reporting, and participation in month-end client review and analysis.
Rebecca has over 20 years of medical billing and revenue cycle management experience, working in both the professional and facility side of claims processing and follow-up.
Rebecca earned an Associate Degree in Medical Administration from the University of Montana-HCT and has worked with United Healthcare, completing a Process Quality Efficiency (PQE) project based on claim denial reduction.
Personal interests include traveling, cooking, and outdoor activities with her rescue dog.
