Ms. Struble has devoted over 30 years to medical group practice administration, with 20 of those years as an independent consultant.
Serving hundreds of physicians during her career, Ms. Struble’s engagements have included but are not limited to practice start-ups, mergers, dissolutions, payor contract negotiations and operational reorganizations. Ms. Struble’s clients have included:
- Specialty care providers, solo to large groups
- Primary care providers, solo to large groups
- Community health centers
- Management services organizations
Most notably, Ms. Struble was the visionary, and assisted the founding physicians, toward successful multiple mergers to create the largest cardiology and OB/GYN medical groups in the state of Arizona.
Ms. Struble is a Certified Medical Practice Executive, and Financial Management Certified with the American College of Medical Practice Executives. She has served as the President of the Arizona Medical Group Management Association, and during her tenure worked collaboratively with the Arizona Medical Association to create legislation that now holds payors accountable for timely claims payment.
In addition to serving the medical community, Ms. Struble is co-founder, Vice President and Executive Director of GVR Connect, a Tucson-based 501(c)(3) non-profit, helping to meet the basic needs of those in the Tucson community.
