Amber is our Patient Registration lead. She is responsible for training team members and supporting all patient registration activities. Accurate data entry of patient demographics, including current insurance information, is vital to ensuring optimal financial results. Amber’s vast knowledge of health plans and attention to detail are invaluable to the team’s success.
In addition to patient registration, she is responsible for prior authorization requests. As the team member with the most tenure, holding varied positions within the company, she is well-qualified to construct the submissions and understand the different payor requirements.
Amber has worked in single-specialty medical practices for over 10 years, with experience in medical records, patient registration, verification of benefits, insurance eligibility, patient collections, and prior authorization submissions.
Personal interests include spending time with family and friends, traveling, camping and fitness.
