Effective January 1, 2023, Austin Struble acquired P3 Performance Partners. During the years preceding the purchase, Austin served P3’s clients as the Client Relationship Manager and Office Administrator, while acquiring extensive knowledge in the highly specialized field of gender affirming surgical medical practice administration and billing.
Having spent the initial part of his career in the financial sector, Austin’s focus is on finances and client profitability. With a degree in Business Administration, he also directs his energies toward streamlining operations and creating tools to ensure quality control and efficiency.
To support P3’s commitment to exceptional service, Austin focuses on creating a collaborative, cohesive and synergistic team environment, which inspires long-term commitment, excellence in performance, and job satisfaction.
Austin is also a Certified Professional Coder through the American Academy of Professional Coders.
In his spare time, Austin enjoys spending time with family and sports.
